NEETISH SARDA AND Harsh Binani, founders and part of the top management at Smartworks Coworking Spaces will get ₹2 crore cash bonus each on successful completion of the initial public offer.
NEETISH SARDA AND Harsh Binani, founders and part of the top management at Smartworks Coworking Spaces will get ₹2 crore cash bonus each on successful completion of the initial public offer. This is in addition to their other compensations and bonuses.
Sarda is managing director and Binani is executive director of the company whose IPO opened on Thursday. They earn ₹1.75 crore each in salary apart from annual bonus of ₹0.25 crore. The IPO was subscribed 52% on the first day of offering.
