PFC registers 25% rise in Q1 profit

STATE-RUN POWER FINANCE Corporation on Wednesday registered a rise of 25% in its consolidated net profit for the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26 at ₹8,981.45 crore from ₹7,182.06 crore in Q1FY25.
On a sequential basis too, the net profit rose by 7.4% from ₹8,357.88 crore.
The company's revenue from operations for the quarter under review stood at ₹28,539.04 crore, marking a rise of 15.4% from ₹24,716.76 crore the corresponding period of last year.
