NESTLE INDIA ON Thursday reported a 6.5% year-on-year decline in its consolidated net profit to ₹873.46 crore for the January-March quarter, primarily due to elevated commodity costs.

Despite the dip, the profit figures were in line with market expectations. According to Bloomberg consensus estimates, the net profit was projected at ₹873 crore.
