Shops and clinics boost Howard de Walden Estates

THE aristocratic owners of one of central London's great property estates today revealed higher revenues and profits amid strong demand for shops in Marylebone and Harley Street clinics.
Howard de Walden Estates, which owns 92 acres of Marylebone, today said occupier demand is "often" outstripping supply although that has not been enough to stop the property portfolio value slipping.
Chief executive Mark Kildea said after two years of pandemic disruption, the 12 months to March 2023 was a period of "continued recovery" at the company.
