Trio of rescued lynx settling well into their new home, say keepers

A trio of lynx who were rescued after they were illegally released into the Highlands earlier this year have settled "incredibly well" into their new home, keepers have said.

Females Bluebell, Caledonia and Cardrona were found abandoned in the Cairngorms in January alongside another juvenile.

All four were rescued by the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland but the fourth lynx died shortly after.

The remaining three lynx were rehomed in Highland Wildlife Park at Kincraig, Kingussie, where keepers have been working with the trio.
