ONE of the most popular bakeries in Derbyshire has revealed a snapshot of the products that customers simply couldn't get enough of in 2025.

Derby-founded family-run Birds Bakery, which has been going since 1919, has 62 stores across the county and the wider East Midlands, which have had another year of standout sales of sweet treats and baked goods.

Providing food for thought for the stats fans, a whopping 23 million products were sold this year but when it came to the item that customers enjoyed the most in 2025, there was a clear winner.
