Doctor appointed to RCP role

DERBY doctor Aklak Choudhury has been appointed clinical director for improvement with the Royal College of Physicians (RCP).

Aklak, who works at the Trust as a consultant respiratory physician and deputy medical director for quality and safety, currently supports improvements across the organisation as Trust clinical lead for improvement and chair of learning from deaths group.
