Two child rapes rock the Wes-Kaap

TWO child rapes have rocked the Western Cape.

This as a 21-year-old suspect is expected to appear in court today for the alleged rape and brutal assault of a 21-month-old girl and police are investigating a case of rape of a seven-year-old girl who was allegedly raped at an Atlantis school.

The shocking cases come nearly a week after the National Disaster Management Centre (NDMC) rejected calls from activist Women for Change (WFC) to have GBV and femicide declared a national disaster.
