Toddler shot in his sleep

A TODDLER was shot in the leg while sleeping in a wendy house in Beacon Valley, Mitchells Plain, on Friday.
The father discovered that his son was wounded on his left leg after a bullet penetrated the wood.
The minor was taken to a medical facility for treatment and the suspects fled the scene and are yet to be arrested.
Mitchells Plain Community Policing Forum (CPF) Chairperson Norman Jantjes told the Daily Voice that the father discovered that the child was shot when the laaitie started crying.
