SANDF SOLDIERS SHARE THREE TOILETS IN KAAP

South African National Defence Force (SANDF) soldiers have been deployed to the Cape Flats since the beginning of April, as part of President Cyril Ramaphosa’s planne to fight gangs and gun violence.

But it has now emerged that the soldiers are living in unacceptable conditions in Acacia Park.

According to lawyers’ letters, 146 troops are being housed in a leaky hangar with just three toilets and no hot water.
