SA sprint ace to run for Ireland

ONE of South Africa’s fastest men Benjamin Richardson is apparently done running for Mzansi and wants to do his sprinting for Ireland at the next Olympic Games.

According to a report in The Citizen, Richardson, who represented South Africa at the Paris Olympics and is a former U20 100m World Championship silver medallist. has dual citizenship through his Irish parentage, although he was born and raised in South Africa.
