THE City of Cape Town Law Enforcement officer charged with kidnapping and murder will remain in custody and will have to wait until 17 June to find out if he will be released on bail or not.

Thandile Khesa,43, and his four co-accused Mogamat Samuels (33), Thokozani Kamnjunga (36), Existing Mudivari (33) and Yasseen Jele (30) are charged with kidnapping, extortion, murder and possession of stolen property appeared at the Blue Downs Magistrates Court yesterday.
