DELFT police are seeking the assistance of the public to locate a person of interest after a 18-year-old woman was repeatedly raped last month by a “Congolese” man during an armed house robbery in the community.
An identikit of one of the suspects has been released to the public and police spokesperson Warrant Officer Joseph Swartbooi said the incident occurred on Saturday, 29 March 2025.
