THE convicted killer of a Lavender Hill ouma has been sentenced to 23 years innie mang.

- BY VOICE REPORTER

The Daily Voice reported Charlene Josephs (Overmeyer) was kidnapped from her St Montaque Village home at gunpoint by three masked men on 10 July 2024.

The family said they were watching TV when the electricity was cut before the men entered.

The 57-year-old was found 40 days later behind the municipal landfill site in Muizenberg by police.

Charles Williams, 51, and two others, Farried Williams, 23, and 31-year-old Jason Arendse were later arrested.
