JESSIE J reflected on her challenging year after sharing fears that her cancer could return.

The pop star delivered her final showstopping performance at Capital's Jingle Bell Ball and encouraged the audience to "live more" in an incredibly touching moment.

Jessie said: "A lot of this stuff is smoke and mirrors. What really matters is who we are behind the camera and what we do in our lives when we wake up in the day.
