Star's 'rich clause' boost

BEYONCE and her rapper hubby Jay-Z are set to benefit from a "rich person" planning clause to allow them to build a dream home in the Cotswolds.

The billionaire pop superstars are said to be in the final stages of purchasing 58 acres of land on the outskirts of Wigginton, which has received planning permission for a "spectacular rural estate.

Pictures show the derelict "shack" and algae-filled lake where the stars are set to build their new mansion in the sleepy Oxfordshire spot.
