SEAN DYCHE believes Dominic Calvert-Lewin has finally come through the mental and physical battle of his two-year injury hell. 

The former England striker has suffered frustration and despair after a series of setbacks.

Added to that was the pressure he felt from fans to get fit to help Everton’s relegation struggles.

But Calvert-Lewin goes into today’s clash with fellow strugglers Luton having scored in each of his last two games and with his boss praising his fightback.

Dyche’s own playing career was disrupted by several serious injuries so he can relate to what Calvert-Lewin has endured.
