FORMER England cricketer Phil Tufnell has only just learned how to spin dry his smalls – at the age of 57. 

The I’m A Celebrity legend was clueless in the kitchen but he recently had to learn how to use the washing machine and dishwasher.

He told the Monday Mile podcast: “I’ve been looking after the Duchess [his wife Dawn]. She had a hip replacement.
