The six-bend showpiece takes place for the first time in almost 40 years at Monmore and Mark Wallis's reigning Time TV Trophy champion can add another trophy to his mantlepiece having set a new track record for the 684m trip at the venue in last week's semis.

The second batch of second round heats of the Star Sports/TRC English Greyhound Derby also take place at Towcester, so Mongys Wild might join Derby favourite Bockos Diamond at greyhound racing's top table with victory in the £20,000 event.
