SOGGY Britain "won't dry out until April" and will be repeatedly hit by barmy weather patterns and it's all down to global warming.

Experts warn we need several weeks of dry conditions before groundwater levels begin to drop.

We have already endured the wettest winter in 130 years and the soggiest February on record in the south - with more to come.
