RYAN HARDIE was fuming to be left out of the Plymouth line-up - but delivered the perfect response from the bench.

The Pilgrims forward (above) was brought on just before Jayson Molumby put West Brom ahead after 74 minutes.

And he turned the game on its head with a penalty and a late winner.

He said: "Of course I was very frustrated to be left out. To say I was annoyed is an understatement.

"But if you don't get annoyed at decisions like that, then you are not going to be a footballer and you are not going to do well at the highest level.
