ROMA have pulled the plug on a £20m deal for Jadon Sancho.

The Italian giants were keen on the Manchester United misfit, but are moving on to other targets, with Aston Villa’s Leon Bailey top of their list, after becoming frustrated with negotiations.

Sancho, 25, (inset) is surplus to requirements at Old Trafford and a £20m deal had been agreed for a loan with an obligation to buy the England international.

However, Sancho's £250,000-a-week wages became a major sticking point as the winger did not want to take a financial hit.
