TWO games into the season and West Ham are already in a full-blown crisis.

- by JOHN CROSS

Hammers fans turned on their own players as they booed them off at halftime and then walked out en masse during the second half as it turned into a complete humiliation.

It leaves under-pressure manager Graham Potter already fighting to save his job as it turned toxic inside the London Stadium.

Chelsea were rampant as they ripped the Hammers to shreds and, incredibly, four of their five goals came from inside the six-yard box, which only underlined the shambolic defending.

West Ham's new £18m keeper Mads Hermansen had another stinker and the reality was it could have been an even heavier defeat as normal service has resumed for both clubs.

Joao Pedro, Pedro Neto and Enzo Fernandez scored in a one-sided first half before Moises Caicedo and Trevoh Chalobah inflicted further damage.

West Ham face another turbulent season as they look like relegation fodder having lost their season-opener at promoted Sunderland.
