A NEW show about plastic surgery is set to feature some of the most_graphic footage ever seen on TV.

Invasive procedures including a boob augmentation and a facelift were filmed for the landmark series, which is fronted by reality star Olivia Attwood.

The Price Of Perfection will give viewers an insight into what really happens on the operating table.
