Mad Vlad to blame for mum's Novichok killing

THE family of Novichok victim Dawn Sturgess has blasted an inquiry into her death for containing no plans to prevent future attacks by Mad Vlad Putin.

The mum-of-three, inset, died after spraying herself with a dose of the deadly chemical, planted in a perfume bottle in Salisbury by Russian spies in 2018.
