My New Year fitness resolution is to continue to enjoy the exercises I currently do.

I run two-to-three times a week, do weights and play a little bit of padel.

I love doing a variety of exercise and want to make sure I have a holistic approach to my health and make sure I'm mindful of how I'm fuelling my body.

What are some of the best New Year fitness resolutions to make?

I'd say those resolutions where you can be consistent and realistic in your approach. Don't go too big too soon - build up and pick fitness activities that bring you joy.
