Reeves 'is as limp as Liz'

LETTUCE 2.0 Rachel Reeves is wilting further after it emerged the official economic growth forecast for 2025 is about to be halved.

The Office for Budget Responsibility will downgrade the expected growth rate from 2% to around 1%.
