LIVERPOOL will need to smash the British transfer record to land superstar striker Alexander Isak.

The Newcastle ace’s future has been thrown into doubt after the Premier League champions made enquiries in their search for a world-class No.9.

And though they believe their rivals won't sell the Sweden hitman this summer, they are considering testing their resolve with a transfer record £120m bid.
