HOLLY Willoughby got a rap on the knuckles for fracturing a scooter rider’s neck when she knocked him over with her Mini Cooper.

The ex-This Morning host, 44, was given a fine and six penalty points on her driving licence after pleading guilty via post to driving without due care and attention.
