NUNO ESPIRITO SANTO has admitted the “painful” life of a football-obsessed coach fighting relegation is “s***" - and he is so tired he goes to bed at 7pm.

The Portuguese boss takes his West Ham side to Burnley today in a six-pointer at the bottom of the table.

Former Hammers midfielder and Burnley boss Scott Parker has not won in 15 Premier League matches with the Turf Moor club, dating back to October.

The Hammers are a place and five points better off after a winter window where Lucas Paqueta forced his way out of the club and five new players arrived.

There are 14 Premier League games left and time is now running out.
