BOSSES should do more to encourage their workers to join the Army Reserves, the Defence Secretary says.

John Healey claims the public could be more “vigilant” to threats including cyber attacks.

And he wants more of us to consider joining paid reserve units, embracing the spirit of classic TV series Dad’s Army by doing our bit for national security.
