Tributes to movie reptile who was 'force of nature'

AN iconic giant crocodile that starred in Crocodile Dundee has died after living for more than 90 years.

Burt, the 17ft saltwater croc, appeared alongside Paul Hogan in the 1986 blockbuster.

The beloved reptile passed away peacefully in captivity in Darwin, Australia.

His death was announced by Crocosaurus Cove, an aquarium attraction where he had lived since 2008.
