KING cone Chris Dobey has gone from a £6.70-an-hour highwayman to Ally Pally semi-finalist - and he's dreaming of bringing the Sid Waddell Trophy home.

Dobey (left) used to be a traffic management operative-that's corporate gobbledegook for putting the cones out on motorway contraflows - but now he's on the fast lane to glory.

The Bedlington marksman, known as 'Hollywood', will face Michael van Gerwen tonight for a place in the Paddy Power PDC World Championship final after his 5-3 win against Gerwyn Price.
