NEW Liverpool boss Arne Slot is already well-versed in the blueprint for success at Anfield.

Indeed, such is his admiration for the work done by predecessor Jurgen Klopp, Slot was only too happy to pinch the German's tactics during his successful spell at Feyenoord.

The Dutchman officially took over as Liverpool's new head coach earlier this week and it seems Klopp's successor is intent on carrying on his legacy.

Colorado Rapids star Cole Bassett, who played under Slot at Feyenoord, has revealed how the new Anfield boss would often show clips of Liverpool in preparation for matches.
