BEES JOB HAS KAYODE BUZZING

BRENTFORD have signed Italy Under-21 defender Michael Kayode on loan from Fiorentina, with an option to make the transfer permanent in the summer.

The deal is subject to international clearance, with right-back Kayode having played 12 times for Fiorentina across all competitions this season.

The 20-year-old, who started his career at Juventus, played in La Viola's run to last season's Conference League final, where they were beaten by Olympiakos.

Kayode (right) said: "I am so excited because I wanted to come here so much. I think Brentford is the perfect club for me. I love the stadium, the fans and my team-mates.
