THE BBC will fight Donald Trump to have his $10billion lawsuit over a Panorama January 6 “insurrection” programme dismissed, court documents show.

The US President wants up to £7.5bn in damages over the editing of his speech in the episode, with his lawyers arguing it was “false and defamatory”.
