MEN are being ordered to keep their shirts on – because going topless in public is a turn-off.

Despite the heatwave, 75% of blokes and women said chaps should not remove their shirts unless they are near a pool or on a beach.

Some 33% said it should be banned – with 22% even insisting men who strip off should be fined.
