RICKY Hatton wanted his epitaph to read: "I hope we go to a better place.
The late boxer made the revelation in one of his final interviews, given to the Daily Star Sunday.
Ricky, whose funeral on Friday was attended by scores of rock, TV and sports stars, opened up about his feelings about the afterlife in a typically frank chat.
