Young gun Lewis is a City sticker

RICO LEWIS has bucked the trend of wantaway footballers and insisted he's staying at Manchester City.

The England international has been heavily linked with a move to Nottingham Forest but, when asked about the interest, he said: "I've never, ever, seen myself leaving. "I've always wanted to play for Manchester City. It's my dream.

"When I'm playing with the kind of players I'm playing with at this club, it brings out the best in me. So, I'm happy."

Lewis has spoken to boss Pep Guardiola, about more game time but admits it is up to him to prove he is worthy of a shirt.
