Textiles tour a joy for Kate

THE Princess of Wales yesterday showed she is a dab hand at printing fabric, something she had not done since school.

Kate tied back her hair and rolled up her sleeves as she was set to work at a leading textiles maker.

She watched staff at Marina Mill, in Rochester, Kent, add a yellow dye to an intricate floral design on a long roll of cloth by pressing the pigment through a screen with a large squeegee.
