IN Edinburgh, Trading Standards investigated a shop connected to the Gold Brothers after reports of fake goods being sold.

Members of the Edinburgh-based Gold family have owned scores of tartan-themed souvenir shops in the city and are infamous for copyright violations, resulting in various court appearances.
