SADIKU HAS FIRM BELIEF IN HER HOOPS

RANGERS will look to extend their unbeaten run in Old Firm clashes when they face Celtic at New Douglas Park tomorrow.

The Light Blues haven't lost to their big rivals in the last seven meetings over 18 months.

And Leanne Crichton’s side will need that to continue when Glasgow's big two meet for the first time this season, to prevent the Hoops opening up a five-point lead over them.

But Celtic boss Elena Sadiku will be desperate for her side to end that rotten run and leave Rangers in their wake.

Sadiku said: “Obviously, it is a derby and we know what it means for everyone.

“I’ve said to the players, there’s a reason why we've had a good start and that's the things that we need to focus on.

“That's exactly what we need to do on Sunday.

“I am not thinking about anything other than trying to get three points.

“There is a togetherness in the squad and that is something that has made us feel really confident going into the game.”
