THE house where Miss Hoolie lives in children's TV show Balamory has gone up for sale.
The instantly recognisable green property from the BBC series is on the market for offers over £225,000.
The cheerful seaside home of the nursery teacher, played by Julie Wilson Nimmo, is on Tobermory on the Isle of Mull, where Balamory is filmed.
The three bedroom cottage has been described as "an iconic piece of television history" by Oban estate agent Bell Ingram.
Officially known as Beul an Atna - Gaelic for mouth of the sea - the property has been home to Matthew Spence, now in his 80s, for nearly four decades.
The former soldier told how tourists flocked to his family home after Balamory started airing in 2002.
