Dickov says KT can be big noise again

KIERAN TIERNEY has been backed to be a Celtic hero second time around at the club - if the fans' favourite can shake of his injury issues.

The Hoops ace has confirmed his return to Parkhead on a bumper five-year deal to rejoin with former boss Brendan Rodgers.

Tierney departed on a £25million deal to Arsenal in 2020 - but has come back on a free in a blockbuster move from the champions.

Former Gunners and Scotland striker Paul Dickov reckons it's a huge move for the Hoops and the full back as the 28-year-old will be determined to pick up where he left off.

But there are question marks around Tierney's fitness in recent seasons with a success of injuries hampering his game time.

The Scotland star made just 23 appearances for Arsenal last season after getting crocked at Euro 2024 and his time in London was hindered by several issues.
