Liam and Noel 'shocked' by stadium show tragedy
Daily Record
|August 04, 2025
AN OASIS fan fell to his death at the end of the band's gig at Wembley over the weekend.
The man, aged in his 40s, was understood to have been sitting in the upper tier of the stadium as the Manchester band performed to a sellout crowd in London on Saturday.
One onlooker claimed he had slipped and then fallen down.
The upper tier at Wembley contains steep concrete steps and the section the man is thought to have been in has 25 rows.
The Met Police said officers on duty at the stadium responded, alongside venue medics and the London Ambulance Service, to reports a person had been injured at around 10.20pm but they were unable to save him.
