FM says majority of pro-referendum MSPs next year should spark another indyref

JOHN Swinney says the UK Government must commit to a second referendum if independence-supporting MSPs form a majority after next year's Holyrood election.

A 22-page report titled Your Right To Decide released yesterday said Scots should be asked again about the issue, depending on the outcome of the Holyrood election.
