The father-of-four became known as the nation's PE teacher after his social media workouts inspired Brits through Covid lockdowns.But Joe admits he wouldn't be where he is today if it wasn't for his Gladiators obsession as a kid.

So when he got the call to take part in this year's celebrity special, it was a dream come true.
