Family win appeal to move body

A GRIEVING family whose daughter took her own life have won a legal battle to have her body moved from Scotland to Monaco.

The 16-year-old, named as Emma G, died in the aftermath of an incident in which a group of teenage boys took and shared compromising photos of her at a party. She passed away in 2002 and was later buried in Mortonhall Cemetery in Edinburgh.
