Deal for a real Living Wage lift

16,000 EMPLOYERS TO GIVE 6.7% RISE

NEARLY half a million workers will get at least a 6.7 per cent pay rise from today after an increase in the real Living Wage.

The rate - voluntarily paid by more than 16,000 employers - will go up 85p to £13.45 an hour nationally, and by 95p to £14.80 in London, and applies to all workers aged over 18.
