Sick thug set fighting dogs on neighbours' pets

PET owners have welcomed the conviction of a thug who trained his dog to rip apart a terrified cat.

John Dysart, 31, was remanded in custody and warned he faces jail for his heinous crimes, which cast a terrifying shadow over Alloa.

Several cats had gone missing and owners were warned to keep their pets indoors, with Dysart named as the perpetrator.
